The Summer/Autumn transfers thread 2020 aka TURN DOWN FOR WHAT(more)

This surely means a big name such as Fry, Britt is off if we’re spending £2m for a third striker when he wants to play a lone striker in a 4-3-3. Especially when we still need a new defence and at least a couple of wingers.

Living in Wales I've watched Moore playing for Wales, in the games I've seen him he puts a shift in and is good in the air. He has played in a front three for Wales.

Hi guys! PAOK fan here from Greece. You are getting a really hard worker in Akpom. He is a top lad and a good professional. When he first came, he was considered a bench player. It was the 2018-19 sea

Morsy nearly done

Williams fee nearly agreed. 1.75million rising to 2.5 (So 1.75 then 😂).

Great we’re even further down than league 1 do they even look abroad? 750k could get you a player with a lot more experience on the continent.

Can't win, can we?

"Why can't we find the next Jamie Vardy!"

and

"Great we're even further down that League 1"

Are comments in the same thread... 🤷🏻‍♂️

Britt surely has to be off, if not that money should absolutely be going on creative midfielders/wingers

Doesn't matter that much who starts up front if you can't hurt teams with pace and create chances

Both Britt and Fletch are better strikers imo and Moore's 28 next month, much rather some free agent target man like Gnangduillet from Blackpool

I've got a friend who's cousin is a regular starter for Blackpool and he was raving about how good Armand Gnaduillet is to play alongside and believes he's good enough to make the step up.

He sent me some videos of him earlier in the year and he looks a right handful. Obviously not as good but his game can compared to Adebayor.

He also informed me that Bola wants to move closer to London and doesn't mind if he has to drop a division because he can't settle on Teesside.

Judging by rumours / voids / Warnock of recent seasons / freebies lingering atm..

Hart on a free. Pears released. Fox in. Goode in. Friend & Johnson extensions. Gibson in. Fry out. Moore in [if unsuccessul, Dykes].

RB: Dijksteel, Spence.
LB: Coulson, Bola, Johnson.
MF: Howson, McNair, Saville, Wing, Tavernier, Browne.
ST: Assombalonga, Fletcher, Moore, Walker.

433s or 352s (width either from fullbacks or Tav/Fletcher positionally interchangeable as widemen)

                       Tavernier
           Saville  Howson  McNair

Not really tbh other than what I put over last Friday.

Doesn't look like Roberts will renew which is a massive disappointment imo.

Gibson deal a priority and we are extremely confident a deal can be agreed especially as I said previously that Burnley still owe us 1 installment of roughly 4million.

Its a forum mate and people speak with fork tongue.

People tell us  Howson, Mcnair and Saville are good enough.

People say Britt and Fletcher are good enough.

People say we might sell Spence for £10million.

Despite this, the scouts aren’t doing their job.

Its a good read though👍

Should be all over him as our target man striker on a free, what's the difference between him and Moore other than £2m
