^ If anyone doubts that the players care

I want Warnock I also want him as manager next season

I’m drunk and I love this. This is the best I’ve felt about boro in ages. And that’s saying something because there’s not a lot of sunshine.

Got a proper endorphin rush right now. Surely we're safe?

On a side note, I would gladly welcome Warnock as a permanent appointment. His teams are so much more creative than Pulis, and he makes some canny substitutions.

Just now, unclesmog said:

Warnock has a 50% win rate with this bunch. What was Woodies?

I think it was around 23% I might be overshooting him the only Boro manager with a worse percentage in our history was Bobby Murdoch.

been saying since restart play tav, drop mcnair. seen the difference today without carrying deadwood like him. thats the best shape and 11 we've had this season, never mind since the restart.

I'm exhausted after that.

Pretty scrappy, but probably the most important 3 points Boro have won in a long time.

Wasn't pretty and they looked lethargic (or just knackered) at times, but they put the work in when it really mattered.

Managed to produce enough good moments to clinch it. Dunno what the 1st half was like, but I reckon we just shaded the 2nd half and narrowly deserved the win.

Well done lads...you just saved Boro's Championship status! 🙌👏💪

...probably also prevented a few heart attacks among the fanbase too.

    • With anything put in a public space the hoops you have to jump through are massive especially health and safety and legal liabilities. its an absolute nightmare, especially if your not the land owner.  Years ago I was part of a group that wanted to put a memorial up to recognise a historic building, to us it was just a plaque on a wall, after 3 years we gave up, all parties agreed to it and liked the idea, then the legal departments got involved and the upshot was if we put a plaque up  and a member of the public hurt themselves while viewing it we would be legally liable.
    • I would like a painting of Britt's smile included please.
    • Exactly, scrap the white kit and Go Green. #MeanGreenBoroMachine
    • I think this is key, has to be sold as improving what is quite a desolate area. Not just for the enhancement of the football club. Brightens it up, gives a space for local artists.
    • I imagine you’d need their consent. Given the state of the area, I can’t think you’d have much opposition.
