Smiling after an error or a miss is actually a pretty good Sports Psychology technique. If you smile you are less likely to allow negative thoughts enter your head. So it's Ayoade better for him moving forward in the match.

I once worked with a golfer who,  every tim we he hit a bad shot, he'd look to the ground and shake his head.  He would then go on to have a terrible round or at least hit a few more bad shots. But getting him to look to the sky after a bad shot meant he would have fewer negative thoughts (its apparently harder to think negatively when you are looking up) and it would affect his game as much ...

Interesting and I’ll try that but don’t think it helps finding a lost ball in the woods.

Are there two Jacob Murphy's in the Championship.  I'm sure we've played against him against other teams as well.

Jesus! More palpitations. Prolonged pressure from Wednesday ends in a low shot that rolls narrowly wide.

Boro really hanging on now.

Still 7 minutes + stoppage time (according to my stream).

Johnson is decent as a wing back but not good enough as a LB or a LW. He’s given his all for us since the restart though and hasn’t refused to play like many others so I’ll give him some credit. Really poor match today though.

I don’t know. I’ve heard of Eddie Murphy though if that helps.
