Nah, we always play like that.

These Championship games are coming thick & fast, next up are high flying Swansea City With not much resting time between games NW won’t allow his players to feel sorry for themselves after S

Any game where people give Spence the Motm, and people are asking for Warnock to bring Assombalonga on, is indeed a strange game.

Agree, but do think we will need to act sooner rather than later though. Especially if he continues his form, as it'll increase his bargaining power (contract wise).

Then we'll reach the point where we feel it's not worth it, and we'll look elsewhere.  He had a good game tonight.  A contract should be about more than one good game.  If he's happy here then that should factor into any decision he makes anyway.  If it doesn't then frankly we'd be better off not bothering.

To think we are a draw and a win from top. I can’t help but look back on games and think, if only.
The last four games just goes to show you can be top half losing games if you win them as well. We took 6 points from 4 games. Just wish NW would use subs, but what do I know and if I did I would be pitch side.
We are not pretty and it’s nerve wrecking watching the games but, tonight I couldn’t be happier. Well that’s partly down to the wife being out and I’m feet up splayed across the sofa.

Of course they'll come stage were we have to outweigh the cost of a potential new deal for him, compared to his output. But as I agreed we should wait a little bit, but if he continues in the way he has been playing that decision will come a sooner.

We've closed the gap, but it's slightly irritating that we're still 10th after such a big win.

Table is so tight at the minute, wouldnt really pay too much heed to it at this stage.

Just need to concentrate on picking up points, super result tonight.

It's very tight division 4 points between us in 10th on 24 and the top Norwich on 28. If only Tav got that penalty we could be kinda top 😂

All three of our defeats honestly.

Watford is the only one I don't remember us really threatening in.

Norwich - what if we score our penalty
Huddersfield - what if we don't implode 30 minutes in and shoot ourselves in the foot 3 separate times?

Even vs Watford, what if we could bloody defend corners? Basically all of our defeats have been self inflicted problems.

I hope these 'if only' moments don't come back to haunt us at the end of the season. They're racking up already - if we hadn't lost to Norwich, if we'd held on against Huddersfield, if we'd managed to find a way past Blackburn in that first half where we pounded them like a sailor on shore leave...
