AnglianRed 6,320 Posted December 5, 2020 Share Posted December 5, 2020 Well that was a pretty pants first half. Boro managed to create 1 genuinely good scoring chance and managed to mess that up. Other than that, we've shown a few flashes of decent play, but failed to put together anything resembling a composed performance, or put Stoke under any kind of sustained pressure. Stoke managed to take advantage of some poor defending and have threatened on a couple of other occasions, but haven't looked all that great. If the best version of Boro turned up 2nd half, we could still win this...but I don't think today is our day. NW needs to have some serious words with the lads and ring the changes to get the team working. Link to post Share on other sites
