What a massive Championship win over Swansea City at the Riverside on Wednesday evening to keep us ticking away nicely with the chasing pack Ducan Watmore putting us in a great position with 2 go

Except when he set up that chance for Johnson with the only bit of football we have played today. He did crap there when he lost the ball mind but he is trying to make something happen.  If all you do is chuck it forward you might not make any silly mistakes but you might not do much with the ball either.

I'd say that move was about the only good thing he's done all game. Mostly he's just lost control or slowed play down or not played passes.

Actually that and the interchange with Spence was pretty decent too.

All in all though, comfortably one of Tavs worst games this year.

Well that was a pretty pants first half.

Boro managed to create 1 genuinely good scoring chance and managed to mess that up. Other than that, we've shown a few flashes of decent play, but failed to put together anything resembling a composed performance, or put Stoke under any kind of sustained pressure.

Stoke managed to take advantage of some poor defending and have threatened on a couple of other occasions, but haven't looked all that great.

If the best version of Boro turned up 2nd half, we could still win this...but I don't think today is our day.

NW needs to have some serious words with the lads and ring the changes to get the team working.

Anyone got any faith in warnocks ability to change this given what we've seen so far this season when we go behind and his general substitutions? Bournemouth is the only game where we got anything after going behind.
