mad that mcnair got some many votes, for 3/4 of the season he was ***. an absolute liability at the back, caught out of position so many times i lost count. he was solely at fault for many goals conceded. probably as big a liability at the back as the keeper was. cant play him as a cb in a back 4 if we want a genuine promotion push.

He was poor for like the last month or two, but I think you've got revisionist history going on there Kev! No way was he *** for 3/4 of the season.

Bola was by far and away the most improved player last season but that was because he set such a low bar prior to that, and I think most people are judging him on that basis. He was consistently average, I’ll give him that.

Can see the logic of loaning out Coulson. He isn’t going to improve sitting on the bench or not even making the bench. Would rather him go out and get game time then be wasted talent. Maybe he will play himself into the team for next season or be recalled

I'd personally say that was pretty harsh, he barely played prior so there was hardly a lot to compare with in terms of that concerning people too much. I thought he was better than just average performance wise and showed lots of potential to be a solid player for a good few years

There’s a low bar being set. I’d struggle to name one player that was consistently excellent last season. Paddy and Fry were very good and at a push Howson in spells. That’s about it.

Howson was consistently poor...especially in the latter half of the season.
