What I find staggering is people who say that the likes of @diggerlad07are not ITK and get info through internet trawling or whatever, when it’s perfectly obvious there is a genuine source. Maybe jealousy? The sneering when a bit of info doesn’t come to fruition is a bit pathetic I think. For every 10 enquiries the club makes we probably get 1 player in - it doesn’t mean we didn’t try and the info was duff.

I said yesterday that I'm sure everyone passes the rumours on in good faith and its fun to read even if I don't believe half of it.

The thing I find strange is that some people seem to hang on every word of the likes of lurker and digger, they seem to be asked every couple of hours what's going on and getting their knickers in a twist over every rumour. 

Just accept that the itk people on here get fed a bit of information some of it right and some of it wrong. 

Just accept that its a rumours thread and we're an average club in the second tier. If we sign someone from the Turkish or Polish league its not gonna make or break our season and its not life or death. Stop taking the thread so seriously

I aren't a regular poster on this board, I contribute to the fun now and then on FMTTM  (good grief, I've only realised it's almost decades!) but I have always looked at this forum for many years and appreciated the information the likes of diggerlad and others have given over the time. 

I know a lot of us Boro fans are frustrated with the pace of business during the window, we should all be used to this! It's Boro ffs. To do something as pathetic as actually DM'ing Digger, if I've read things correctly, let alone giving him grief on the message board .. haway, man. There's really no need to go that low. 

It really is quite pathetic, grown blokes behaving that way. Get a grip. Apologies if one may have been a she, to be more inclusive 🤣 but I get the impression it has not been.

Would much rather get back on topic .. I hope Digger hangs around still but don't blame him at all for staying away.

I get the impression that he (or she) doesn’t have the intelligence to orchestrate something like that. He always seems to like to play the victim from what i’m told, but you never know I suppose, nothing surprises me anymore.

Personally would like to thank all the posters for the rumours, whether they are from social media or personal contacts.

i enjoy annual pun fest that is the transfer thread, complete with crisps,biscuits and Jed Wallace.

however this close to VB's passing we should remember why he stopped posting on here, let's show tolerance and respect to all view points.

Let's face it SG could post on here and still not get everything right. UTB.

Diggerlad, well done for making your stand mate, i hope you clear your head whilst taking a break, i dont doubt at all your integrity regarding info you kindly pass on and hey,if the odd one or two turn out to be complete BS , thats not something you should shoulder any backlash for. maybe this is the straw that broke the camels back and you needed the reason to stick the fingers up at what this place is becoming, and i dont limit any blame in that instance to ex FMTTM posters. theres a hanful or two of oneboro regulars that seem to specialise in belittling and putting people down to get thier kicks. one in paricular that does this solely through emojies . and the sad thing is , it even includes mods. i recently posted about Glenn Murray and was made to feel like an idiot because i wasnt aware hed retired. theres some nice folk here and unfortunately some loathsome individuals thrown in the mix. 

PS  its dispicable that you had to deal with DMs im guessing ,with personal attacks and insults , these should be forwarded to the management, the culprits banned and id like to see them named and shamed .

Mounié was offered by an agent Warnock has had dealings with in the past through Cardiff. I was told he is on a list but no movement yet as he is not a priority. I remember him having a reputation before Huddersfield but was playing in a struggling team.

Not sure on him. Didn’t do that well in the championship last time if I remember correctly
