600k would be more likely looking at how little hes played for his club. 5 million is a lot of money over there for a regular senior player never mind a raw young lad who's hardly played.

actually some reports do say USD, but I think they are just repeats of the orignal report that didn;t state which specific  currency it was

All the places have said it is 8 million. If it is Argentinian currency it would be 50k not 600k according to google. Seems Gibson has found money from somewhere
