Interesting with the Grealish transfer the general consensus was he is worth £100m to Villa, but not to everyone else. 
 

I’d argue Tav is worth over £30m to US, the difference when he is in our team is probably very similar to Villa without Grealish. The drop off is so big

Boupendza'sagent is doing a hell of a job on social media.

so far, he's got stories linking him with Fenerbahce, Galatasaray,Gent, Brugge, West Ham, Atlanta and oursleves.

with everyone rumoured to have bid 8 -8.5m or a combination of cash and players.

Even tough the club said they had not recieved any offers.

He will definitley be sold, as he does not want to renew his contract, and the club have told him, he either goes, or signs a new contract, otherwise he sits in the reserves for the season.

Makes most sense for the agent the player and the club, he's not likely to hit those sorts of figures again so sell him at the highest point get him the biggest wages before he regresses to the mean this season.
