Somebody else also pointed out that if we tried to circumvent it, we'd be massive hypocrites given Gibson's stickler for the rules routine recently. I think you need to realize that it has consequences for a business and the employee to do work for another company while under contract. It’s naive to think that Scott and Gibson would run that risk. Things may have been discussed during a job interview but nothing detailed and certainly not now.
