I was keen for Bolasie to resign but only if financially it was sensible. I still think he’d be a good addition but he isn’t going to take us up single handedly.

This is true. And he did look decent at times but he was playing here in the second half of the season when we were at our worst, so we need a lot more than him either way

The club is an absolute mess at the moment. Allowing Warnock (up there with Pulis as the worst manager I’ve seen in charge of Boro) to oversee a summer of rebuilding, when he will be leaving in a years time, is one of the most ridiculous decisions I’ve seen a football club make. We will be much closer to relegation than promotion this season.

I have always liked Neil Warnock, but if the likes of this player is amongst our top targets, then it beggars all belief.  Dear God Warnock shake your head and bugger off back to Cornwall.

Sure some Cardiff fans said same about Moore when they signed him from Wigan before he banged 20 goals for them. Smith incidentally has very similar stats to what Moore did at Wigan. If we get him, Famara and one another I would be fairly happy.

I assume you decided not to follow us the season Strachan and Woodgate were in charge if u think Warnock is one of the worse we had in recent times.

And trust me club is not an absolute mess. Its been in much worse positions than this summer in very recent times and am not even referring to 86.

Moore is also younger and a Wales International.

Pulis and Warnock, although results wise may not be as bad as Strachan and Woodgate, their spells in charge are more damaging to the club’s long term future. Look how long it is taking us to recover from Pulis’ era. And I guarantee, we will be left in an even bigger mess this time next year, when Warnock fills the squad with crap and has coached them into playing hoof and chase.   
 

We may have had worse times as a club, but personally, I’ve never felt as disconnected to the club as I do right now. Crap decision after crap decision from the top has become tiresome. Watching boring, negative football under managers that are stuck in the past has become tiresome. The backwards mindset that we shall only employ British, scout British, buy British, has become tiresome.

Didn't we have the chance to sign Marcus Edwards cheap or on a free? Sporting Lisbon have just had a bid accepted of £10m.

I am not sure it’s fully this bad.

There was certainly a backlash from the Spanish experiment and one that had hints of xenophobia.

We know, however, we are scouting abroad and we have in recent times signed Stoj and loaned Moukoudi.

I’m not against Matt Smith signing for us he is probably the best of that type of striker available.

I was begging for us to sign him when he left spurs! He was exactly what we needed to replace adamas unpredictability.
