I'm desperate for us to win this, but yeah, a Rotherham win would put them a point behind Derby with 2 games in hand, they could do it. Derby and Sheffield Wednesday both going down would be a be

Genuine guy is Marv. Stand out player in 1st half of the season. Very unlucky to not have been involved more. Loves it at Boro.

Malley has very nice feet. Looks hard to deal with in possession

Malley has been quality on the ball tonight, super composed for a young'n, and Howson is the best CB in the Championship. Hoping NW gives the other lads on the bench at least 10 minutes. Watmore's first touch has been shockingly bad on several occasions, so hopefully Coburn comes on.

Howson isn’t even the best central defender at our club nor midfielder actually. Let alone the best in the championship.

What they teaching the keepers or is the keepers themselves?, Betenelli cant save a shot and Archer can but cant keep his positioning right.

I never said that they weren’t. Have I told anyone to shut up that has had a dig at me about it?  I’ve been happy to let everyone have their say.

No need to keep the subject going is there?

Not arguing so really no need to be defensive surely?

Let's move on grrr Akpom wasted a great attak!

Want to see malley play the last 3 games from the start now. He'll be high on confidence and if he can establish himself as an option for next season that will be a huge bonus to our summer dealings.

Mallet looks a real prospect, and he’s ginger, whoops can I say that,

Yes. But don't say you can't tell the difference between him and Watmore

Lol you added to the posts long after I’d said anything about it. Same for a few others.

    • This is how I'm starting to feel too... Can we gamble £8m on potential right now?  We obviously have a decent chunk to spend on a striker for the first time since Assombalonga and Fletcher. Really important to get this right.
    • Well done Midtjylland, and good luck in the competition, but honestly, Celtic are in a real mess right now. I cannot see how their new manager is the right fit for a club needing root-and-branch rebuilding, and I feel Rangers under Gerrard are going to go from strength to strength this season. Funny (yet also quite sad) how Scottish football goes through these lengthy cycles of one-club dominance while the other flounders and falls apart. I think it'll be a good few years before Celtic win the SPL again.
    • This lad has played around as many professional matches as his age, doesn’t appear prolific, and could be a wonderkid or a pup. I can’t see how they can be allowing themselves to get caught in a bidding war. We have Leo, they have a whole management set up that speaks his language. They have London and all its temptations and we have Yarm. I think we should get off the merry-go-round before the music stops. More and more seems to be going into the hands of the selling club and the risk on the winner. Let Fulham have this project now. The kid seems to want Fulham, lets move on. There will be others with more experience on the planet we can use who are likely to be more dependable from the off.
    • There was a minimum Fee release (which most people thought was half what he was worth).  I know we still owed Villa money but thought they also had sell on clauses (reason villa were prepared to sell for so low) - may well be wrong though.   The South American transfer makes sense as UK based players can have have ridiculous transfer fees that are over inflated and often wage expectations but only if we negotiate a sensible deal and don't get into a bidding war.
    • I'm almost certain we didn't give any of the Adama fee to Villa.
