They could do an entire series of Abandoned Engineering on Teesside. The bridge, the steelworks, whatever's left of the old ICI plant (if anything), the hydraulic clock tower. Must be plenty more besides those. Aww yeah, definitely historic, it's clearly a big part of Teesside. It was a flippant comment really. DanFromDownSouth 1,706
On the whole I don't like it. Like the idea but the execution is well wide of the mark.
SmogDane 4,057
I like the shirt and its design fully! And I am sure, when you see it worn by our team on the pitch, it will look amazing!

Also, the club badge looks so bad now, they need a redesign, or to just go back to any of the previous version. Also, they way people bleat on about gambling ads... who really gives a ***? just get as much money in as possible. people will gamble irrespective of where we have 32Red on our shirts. For some of us its not just the fact they're on there...its that they spoil the look of the shirts with those idiotic "gamble sensibly" slogans. Plus whether people will gamble or not, some of us don't want to be walking billboards for those sort of companies. For the record I did actually buy a shirt a couple of seasons ago...the one with the Infant Hercules poem on the inside of the neck. Purely for the poem if I'm honest, as again it was something different that has likely never been done on any other kit. My reproduction Cellnet shirt is likely to see a lot more wear though. Brunners 7,982
I'm going to say this once for everyone to read - the term used above is an offensive, derogatory slur & I won't tolerate it's use.

It's colloquially called the Tranny Bridge mate. No offence intended to anyone or indeed any bridges.

Stop it.
