Never a penalty, complete bias if you think it is

Kind of tells a story of this game right now. Desperate for an edge on our end. Can't be confident of making something happen when you go to ground like that.

Heading away with the good lady wife so won’t be back on before the final. Sincerest best wishes to the ordinary English fans on here. Hope it happens for you 💪

I think for me it's partly about the connection to the area too. I don't hold much connection to the entirety of England but I love coming from Middlesbrough, I've lived and worked in a few places aro

Congrats, friends ...  🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 V 🇩🇰 @ Wembley  ...   Good luck to y'all!

I wonder if we have made an agreement to let this be a draw. We have had no urgency at all.

Looks like the same performance as it was against Croatia to me, minus the goal

Really think that midfield area in particular is us losing the battle over and over again. No link between defence and attack. Crowding us out as Rice and Phillips are sat in front of their midfield and our attackers are all too high up to receive the ball.

Certainly does seem like it.

Doesn't make much sense though, as we still have to beat the Czech Rep to guarantee a last 16 spot and Scotland still need to beat Croatia to have a hope...which doesn't seem very likely.

Scotland have a really good midfield, probably as good if not better than Croatia's, if not having the same star power (or former star power as the case may be). It's their strongest area.

Bloody genius me

Everyone's gonna talk about the 'occasion', what part about that game suggested any kind of occasion from the moment McGinn got his yellow card? It was two evenly balanced sides, one doing ever so slightly more to try and win the game. Going forward an absolute shambles from us.

    • Swansea average 66% possession every match so I imagine their fans see that sort of game a lot. I'd prefer us to be adaptable and exploit a team's weakness with Long Balls than to try and play right into their hands.  I've seen enough from Wilder's first 4 games that we'll play a modern style of football for the most part. But I'd always prefer us to be a winning team than an attractive team...
    • It's also happened twice in Rangers history (McCoist, McDowell and McCall/White, Waddell and Wallace)
    • Smogsterking is right,  I just googled Celtic managers and before Jock Stein they had the trio of Willie Maley, Jimmy McStay and Jimmy McGrory
    • Writing that gave me flashbacks of Noel Whelan and Andy Campbell.
    • I would love Utd at Riverside so I can take my little cousin to watch Cr7 who he is obsessed with. Cr7 probs would not play but would like to think he on bench and has to come on when we are leading them but his efforts prove in vain as we knock them out.
