Our throw ins are possibly the most infuriating thing I have ever seen. We just throw it as far as we can and we never win the ball

We should bring back Barragan as our throw in specialist coach     🤣🤣🤣

Been told he’s off

Easy enough to write patronising rubbish when you don’t actually support  the club? We are only Middlesbrough after all? Narrative seems to be ‘stop moaning, be grateful for what you have, with a bit

Revisionism and nonsense. 49 goals in a full season under Pulis, 68 and 63 in our seasons under Karanka. We might have been shot shy and moved the ball a bit ponderously under Karanka but we played ha

No mate, 5th place only I'm afraid.  We lose to Derby at Wembley in the play off final 🤦‍♂️

The situation now is quite intriguing, the fans openly turned at Hull and granted the first half performance, beer and weather all no doubt contributed to that but Genie's very rarely go back into the bottle.

The Peterborough game now has massive implications. A brilliant swashbuckling performance and a win by 4 or 5 goals may swing some in the middle ground but another dour, uninspiring Warnockathon will add to the unrest. A defeat against what many will consider to be the League's whipping boys will commence the end of the road regardless of what SG may have rubber stamped over the weekend and any stats that Johns can come up with. xG means naff all when your sides in a relegation dogfight after a year of dross which is getting worse as each month passes.

A win against Peterborough would calm people for sure, but I don't think the issues would leave unless we won 2-3 on the bounce and were unbeaten for 4-5, and even then it's only temporary.

I like Warnock, so I really want him to turn it around, and I never enjoy match with fan unrest.

I'd also like Gibson's reputation as one who gives a manager time to continue, so winning helps that to stick.

Bugger you've just handed Johns his next article on "How the Boro fans misjudged Barragans throw ins" due to us having the perception of more foul throws than the average team negated however by his success level in tying his own boot laces extrapolated by multiplying the Barometric pressure on match days at the Riverside and divided by the length of his Mother in Laws Knicker elastic proving that he was actually far better than any of us ever gave him credit for!

When was the last time we won 2 or 3 on the bounce and unbeaten in 4 or 5? Or put another way check what odds would you get from the Bookies and maybe put a few quid on. I admire your loyalty but 2021 sways me to believing it's misplaced but maybe Warnock can prove many of us wrong.

We were unbeaten in the first 10 last season.

We won 3 in a row in December.

It is a rarity under Warnock.

The Peterborough game is meaningless really.  I mean obviously we'd better bloody win it but it's essentially the worst team in the league, with the worst away record in the league.  They've played 5 games and lost them all.  They've conceded 16 goals in those 5 games and scored just 3 times.  In 4 of their 5 games they conceded at least 3 goals.  If we won by 3 goals that would just be par.  Barnsley, Cardiff and Birmingham right after as well.  Couldn't be much better really.

I'll think you'll find that Hull are the worst team in the league.

Woe betide if we lose to them.

Lol 😀

I think we'll beat them.  Whether it's a big win or not I suppose we'll see but I think we'll have too much for them overall.  We might not be at our best but we are still a better side than they are.

Hull have 9 points currently.  Peterborough and Barnsley are below them on 8.  Peterborough have the worst goal difference in the league at -11.  Peterborough are the only team in the division without at least 1 point away from home.  At this moment in time I think Peterborough are the worst team in the league although yeah Hull are pretty poor as well.  Not sure which way I'd go with who will finish the highest come the season's end.

My memory must be going, could have sworn we lost to Watford 🙂
