If that was us we'd be getting ridiculed, how come they seem to get no snarky comments? Cos they just beat us?

BoroSmoggie 2,678
Balogun looks sharp so I’d have him starting over Sporar next game. He’s been non existent the last few games. Connolly wasn’t the best but atleast in the last two games he’s got himself in goal scoring chances.
DevKWat 2,365
For me, we need a threat at LWB. Teams are very quickly learning our only threat comes from the right
DurhamRed 2,043
I'm hoping next game we drop Howson for payero and drop Collony for balogun as collony was awful at finishing
Smokedsalmon 1,247
The fact this is the 5th(fifth!!!) manager in a row to consider Jonny Howson undroppable because he's a "good pro" who has a northern accent by the way. 🤯

In the first half we weren’t even getting into positions to cross the ball. The subs definitely made a positive impact imo. The subs just meant Blackburn had to defend more, which they were doing anyway once they took the lead. I don't think the subs had us playing better.
chickenlunch 315
also, it feels like Sam Gallagher always scores against us. He always seems to have a great game at the Riverside,
Tarmo Kink Army 1,122
Connolly dropped next game and Give Payero his chance now that’s two bad games

SmogDane 4,052
Shake you head, some of you .. We met the best performing team since November ... At their ground ... The game was dirty and stop start ... We had chances to win it, but no luck .. An off day ... Cheated for a penna .. Their goal was offside .. The delay killed out momentum ... We go again ... No worries, you sad sad crying ones

Our attendances would suffer if we were 35 miles away from Man City and Man United, not to mention all the other clubs in close proximity.
sanddancer 1,964
A golden opportunity to announce our arrival but today was just not good enough and the worry it’s been evident in the last few games to be fair. We can’t turn up for big games and play the last 20 mins. We can’t defend like Bojo the clown juggling ballon’s. We can’t score goals hitting row Z and not testing the keeper. We can not afford to waste set pieces. A bad day at the office, may be, but we were predictable and today it showed we have a lot of work to do, but that’s to be expected. We had possession, mostly in our half but we made them work for the points.

Just keep the ball down ffs. Connolly and Jones had great chances too but lost composure.
Youngy228 1,444
Disappointing result but we are still well in the playoff mix. When Warnock left if you’d said top 2 was a realistic option most people would have laughed
