Everything's going a bit too well

Ever since the Pally fanny incident our luck has turned.

Ah those infamous Russian honey traps 😉

Anyone who thought Fulham are already on the bench must be convinced now that they certainly aren’t. I expect them to give Sheffield a tough game too.

In a weird way this will be a big motivator for Luton and could put Fulham in an over confident frame of mind.

A result like this will destroy their confidence and along with all their injuries I can imagine them in a very fragile state of mind against a team that has nothing to lose on Saturday.

He has with that goal

The record is 59 goals, not 42.

43 isn't even the 2nd highest tally yet.

42 is just the record since the Premier League began, which Sky are promoting in their own self-interest.

And nothing to play for.

They said at the start of the game he was looking to break the modern day record, like all the goals scored before the 1990s don't count.

Who scored 59? I thought the record was Guy Whittingham with 42 back in 92/93?

George Camsell in 1928/29, Middlesbrough player.

Sky are promoting their own agenda by only measuring it from the beginning of the Premier League, because it's "their" product.

Need to focus on Preston now. We need to do our job first and foremost in what’s a very hard game away from home. Then hopefully Reading or Fulham can do us an almighty favour.

What makes it weirder is they showed the actual record table in one of the matches recently, and are now back to pretending.
