That article also says that Groningen and Larsen had agreed before the summer that he could leave if an offer of 13 million euros was on the table a week before the season started. We've bid around 11 million euros now which has been rejected. We will probably have to bid close to the 13 million and hope Groningen will budge on their timescale.
