Greaves to me seems the classic case of using us to get his wages in line with the new signings and Larsen is getting too expensive for us I feel, think one of the Serie A clubs or Burnley come in for him (speaking of Burnley I wonder who they will sign up front they need 1/2 and have a small fortune to do it)

I fancy us to have some alternatives lined up from abroad though, Left footed CB and a Physical Striker the question is who could they be

It was just a joke about him going to a club in the top flight that also has European football.  He hasn’t done anything here or anywhere else to earn a move like that.  He hadn’t done enough to earn his move here for that matter but that’s not down to him obviously.  For the record, I think was the first person on the forum to say that both he and Akpom should have been allowed to train with us for the beginning of pre-season, and that it was a poor show from us that they weren’t.  I can have respect for the bloke without having to say I think he’s a good player.

Just goes to show the disparity between finances in English and Italian football that the likes of us and Burnley can seemingly outgun bottom half Serie A clubs.
