crooks part ex for greaves, imagine the sheer panic if that was actually true. crooks leaves and we are down to mcgree howson and mowatt. teams would have our eyes out knowing how desperate we are after selling two first choice midfielders weeks before deadline. i'd not be happy myself. nont like that scenario. must have had a nightmare last night to dream up that one.

Correct. A few of the ITK have said Watmore is off if we sign 2 more strikers and Wilder has confirmed they hope Coburn can still secure a loan move away as by end of August he should be 3 weeks shy of full fitness.

So that would leave us with 5 strikers. Forss, Hoppe and Chuba with 2 others. Leading contenders being Muniz and Larsen

I’m not making conclusions from this as it will be nothing and we don’t know how much or when he was ill. But I did see crooks in yarm on Saturday afternoon and he looked perfectly fine lol.

That's a good point, probably the later but I think that's possibly where I disagree with his philosophy a bit as I think we need a more defensively minded player who can pick the easy forward passes to the other midfielders or wing backs!
