I do think he would hinder Coburns progression too. I keep hearing Wilder likes 5 strikers, I would sooner we used Finch or Kavanagh if we absolutely needed to from the bench. They would only inflate Parrotts value anyway. I have no doubt Gibson will have weighed up risk v reward on playing hardball, Scott and Wilder too. Recruitment and retention is a collective responsibility. While our marquee strikers remain available we have to stick to our guns realistically. I have more faith in our negotiating team than I do the Twitterati, we wont be stuck with Spence and no goalscoring strikers. I ideally want Gyokeres and Armstrong, they will cost money, so lets all have a tad more patience and trust for our hierarchy. 1 Link to post Share on other sites
