If signing them is a free run, then they probably aren't all that great. And yes, if other clubs are interested in the player it might make it less likely that we get them, but at least we know that other clubs' scouting teams have also identified the same players as ours, so there's a better chance of them being decent. 7 Link to post Share on other sites
