SouthernSmoggie 4,242
Interesting he specifically mentioned Europe. Not really seen any rumours about European players so could be a complete surprise like Henry.

There was a very early link with a free agent coming out of The Bundesliga, midfielder but I can’t recall his name?
TeaCider24 12,646
Wilder saying he expects/hopes for a few signings in the next 3-4 days, absolutely no chance of Ikpeazu being part of his plans this season because he just doesn't fit his style of play, but no issues with him as a person. Akpom might be able to work his way back in to the club's thinking if his mentality and willingness is right, but they're still open to selling him. Basically confirmed exactly what many thought about Payero, he wanted to go home and injuries and players ahead of him performing prevented him having a full go of it. Said never say never with him featuring again in the future, but it's down to Payero himself. Was critical of Sporar and said he wouldn't have any of our loan signings from last season back, had a few pops at Connolly's off field antics specifically. Hinted a bit at Spence issues, referring to the lack of interest from clubs other than Spurs and him not being Conte's choice. Seems to see Liam Roberts as a bit of project to mold for future seasons, really enthusiastic about Steffen again. Edited July 25, 2022 by TeaCider24 20

This is all from my memory whilst I've dashed for the train (missed it by 1 minute), I'm sure there were people in attendance who can provide a more thorough coverage of what was said. Cheers for this. The Sporar and Connolly stuff is interesting definitely would explain some of the decisions around their playing time at different times - what was he critical about for Sporar? Did it sound like Uche will be going soon or just that they hope to get rid?
