Wouldn't be surprised to see them down at the bottom end struggling for survival with a decimated Reading at this rate. Issue is 8 candidates makes the rest feel devalued. By all means interview a small amount but 8 is pure overkill

That's the right way to do it 😉 If you feel devalued by having seven other people interviewing for the same job as you then you might want to grow up a bit or at least stop by the real world for a few mins to see what it's like for every other bugger out there.
Weasel 965
I reckon it'll be Gareth Ainsworth who takes the Rovers job. Good manager who is used to working on a budget and is also a boyhood Rovers fan, seems an obvious appointment to me.

Yeah but they need to be wined and dined. They don't know what its like to fight to the death like us plebs when theres 800 applicants for one job

They had the highest number of long ball in the league and lowest number of short passes, basically hes pure route one style. Also, once in the championship they had the highest number of long passess at 32%. I could see this putting clubs off and think it already has given no other team has gone for him thus far... Borodane 6,246
How about that Scottish defender we were looking at? Has been unlucky with injuries in the past but has broken back into the national team. Seem to remember his contract was running out. The name escapes me though.
