Looks to me like they are planning for life without Spence. Talk of £15M for Williams may be wide of the mark but with Fulham also interested in him then who knows. My thoughts are that if the Trees are willing to stump up £15M for Williams then I would have thought that they would be in the ball park for Spence unless something has been said off the record?
