Good point about Payero, forgot about him. Bola wouldn't really surprise me tbh. Not a terrible player but doesn't suit the wing back system and is better in a back 4 imo.

Bola seems an obvious one because he's been dropped, and we've moved a midfielder into his place.  If you're Wilder and you feel you have no choice but to move a player out of position to take Bola's place then I can't imagine you're left with a high opinion of him.  Payero I think has a limited future here no matter what DZ and his imaginary friends have told him.

Dwight Gayle deal collapsed as we have made surprise progress on 2 strikers and we pulled the plug.( both played uk last year ). Spence deal preventing finalising them both.  Could be another big exit

We’re close to signing Gayle, it’s almost done.

I haven’t had a lot. My source has been quiet since he met a new lass and he’s spending every spare minute with her and her lad Mungo. Nothing more on Darlow only that announced soon.

I really don’t understand why balogun was dropped when he was just starting to hit form. It was an absolutely bizarre decision to me personally

I don't think he was playing well, despite the goals.

But then his replacement managed to play poorly and not score, so who knows.

I wonder if one of the shocks is Sammy Ameobi leaving 🤔

That would be the least shocking departure. I dont see how he even fits in to a Wilder system in anyway at all.

Id said it around March time but the plan with no promotion was to sell Spence +1 more for good money to really push us on.

I have heard tonight that there is massive and serious interest in both Tav and Fry and one of them may end up leaving. Wilder wants to build a strong team team around them but the money on offer, wecwint be able to turn down.

Ben Gibson speculation has legs and conversations have been had already.

It wouldn’t surprise me if we got a huge bid from West Ham for Fry and cashed in. I would be staggered if Crooks left.

Maybe the surprise will be Wilder rocking up in a Burnley club tracksuit with 'Claret4Eva' tattooed on his knuckles?

That could well be, nothing would surprise me, and the next Boro manager is Sean Dyche erm yeah 😬

Steady on I can't remember Ameobi having a bad game for us this season.

Well thats the way to do it get rid of one of two of your best players, Tav or Fry going is a loss for us and a gain for another club.

Don’t know if it’s already been mentioned but I heard Sol has been offered another year.

Yeah he has but it's absolutely for peanuts

I really like Tav, and would be sad to see him go but he can be so frustrating to watch some times. He clearly has the talent, just wish he wasnt so wasteful with some of the chances he's had this season. But I think the club had one eye on him leaving, that's why in my opinion Mcgree was signed, as competition/replacement for Tav.

Dael also on his day he is definitely one of the best defender in the league but like Wilder said he needs to be more dominant, that will come with age I reckon. But he isn't irreplaceable, there are a few good CBs around which we could replace him with.

That's how you have to operate as a championship club sometimes mate, it is what it is.
