Dijksteel and McNair are still playing as the wide defenders with the same jobs and it’s usually been McNair with the hoofs today.

Yeah but it's the short passes between the keeper and back 3 that normally creates the space to get the ball through the midfield. Not able to do that with only 2 of the 4 on the pitch.

I always feel sorry for television producers in situations like this. They must be sat in their studio watching the live feeds, wondering what the hell they're going to replay at half time if things don't improve. Hard to show the highlights when there aren't any.
