Lost both games when we last played Southampton in a season.......does not bode well sadly

No idea what the lineup will be as there is no consistency, but I think we will be lucky to get a point. I can only see Southampton win this one. Hope I'm wrong.

Wasn’t that over 10 years ago lmao, how would that possibly have any affect?

8 would have been a 9 if we continued like we did in first half of Sheffield Wednesday game in second half.

Need to start somewhere and would take pressure off for few games, 4 points out of 6 would be good return but doubt it happen.

Southampton have let 17 goals in , worse than us. So it's Coburn and Latte Lath, assuming Forss isnt fit. 

They were very poor against us mind.

Put them under a bit of pressure and they will fold.

They are feeling the expectation that everyone has of them.

Not sure if it’s anxiety, but I just get enraged we are this far in and making no progress still. I’ll always watch but I hate seeing us make the same mistakes and approach each game the same slow boring way.

I don’t see us winning and I think if we don’t change our approach and he doesn’t make the right team selection and slow subs the crowd will let him know. 

I think if the crowd saw him trying a new plan b then they’d be more sympathetic. I get the vibe the arrogance of not changing rubs people up the wrong way and will ultimately be his downfall

All depends on how we approach the game, if we start like the first half against Wednesday we will be 3-0 by ht, if we start like we did 2nd half we may stand a chance. I’m just hoping Lath gets another chance as we’re up against a defence somehow worse than ours.
