Latte Lath's goal last night makes the decisions not to bring him on vs Sheff Wed, Southampton and Watford all the more baffling like

Especially the latter 2, those games were made for him and his pace. I know we won anyways but would've been put to bed

Still hoping to see he and Coburn play together

yeah probs would of been good for him, but maybe being dropped and not involved was also good for him, sometimes I think it helps some players when they go from playing every game to being dropped for a match or two to bring the best out of them

Is it? I honestly could not give two f**ks about them and what they do.

yeah same here, and couldn't be arsed letting it get to me, rather see them do well if it don't involve us vs European teams, although if they got spanked 4-1 I would of had a little chuckle to myself when I checked the score this morning when woke up lol.

I can't over emphasise how good that performance was in the second half. The first half was a slow burn but we were comfortably the better team, especially by the end. Hackney and barlaser just c

I think Dieng also deserves praise, a big save in the first half and he sweeps up well. Very very comfortable on the ball. He might be our best keeper since Randolph.

  • Maybe we will show more intensity to match it? We’re certainly capable of it. Watford showed decent intensity when they came out 2nd half, they were all over us yet we pulled ourselves up and got back

I thought that Tanner turned him inside out a few times tbh, I noticed he gave him an absolute acre of space in the 1v1 probably trying to give himself a chance with his lack of acceleration if he went down the line. Seemed to bite on every feint and fake shot too

Just think Paddy Roberts is not the winger to put him against but suppose we might not have much choice, plus like others have said it wouldn't do his confidence any good being dropped after a much improved performance

But yeah, area of concern on Saturday for me is Roberts and Clarke vs our full backs

First time I've seen Ell...He looks a steal...And FAST wow what a turn of speed, thought he'd messed up when he slipped in the box but recovered well for the finish....He looks the real deal

To be fair they are a potential handful for any fullbacks at this level.  You could make a tactical argument of playing VDB at left back in the sense that he's right footed and Roberts would be cutting inside into Rav's stronger foot if you see what I mean.

Ow, Allboro, you could at least give me a mention if you're going to copy my sweet tactical plans, yer thieving bugger 🤬

He looked at Lath and said ‘he’s a steal’

Then Rangers sacked Michael Beale
