Sunderland vs Middlesbrough 0-4 (Greenwood, Crooks, Jones, Forss)

Just read some of the suggestions of how to leave Sunderland 🤣🤣🤣👏👏👏

My method was to join the Royal Navy in 1979, and live on the edge of Dartmoor since 1989 when I left the RN. 🤣🤣🤣

Can't take my love for the Lads away though.😁

Well done fellas. 11 against 11 it was a good game. Dan Neil keeps his gob shut, and it's a different story. But he didn't, he rightly got sent off, and you took advantage brilliantly second

Haven't posted much recently as my son was born last Friday - he got me home from hospital the next day with five minutes to spare before the Watford game!  Pleased to say the world's newest Boro

weird the local rival games now for me. in the 80's, 90's and 00's i really didnt like the two up north very much. i loved it when they got beat and laughed at them when struggling. but all that has changed. seeing all these tinpot southern clubs get great investment and do better than us northern teams. i actually want them to succeed now. i was pleased when saudi's bought newcastle and not someone like flipping reading or QPR or something. premier league is better off with all the historically bigger clubs in it. we shouldnt be in the championship this long. its just not normal. leeds on the other hand. i hope they liquidate, horrible club and horrible fans.

I think this is only valid if we had promotion expectations tbh, I think we’ll be lucky to finish in the play offs.

We're only 5 points off mate!

Yea I get that but we all know it’s a long season and we’ve barely played any good teams. I think we’ll ‘challenge’ for the play offs but I think we’d need the loan market again if we want to make the extra push.

The grey jumper was just to throw social media off the scent. I have it from good authority via the tea lady's hairdresser, that at half-time v Cardiff, Gibson stormed into the dressing room and ordered Carrick to turn his underpants inside out.

Well game day and like last week will be watching his in the company of my son and Teddy.

We know how last week panned out so more of the same please!

Would be great to go into the IB with a win knowing MRe will be doing another MDT afterwards

Up and about to do the cooked breakfast for me and the boy. Nerves well and truly kicked in. Let's hope we do ourselves justice.

I know people are saying how good Clarke is, and he is decent to be fair, but at the Riverside last year Jones had the better of things.

I would like Latte Lath to get half an hour against O'Nien and Ballard as I think he could cause mayhem.

Left back is interesting but I have a feeling it will be Bangura.

Haven't seen much of Clarke this season, but watching him last season he seemed to 'go to ground very easily'. Championship equivalent of Jack Grealish. So we need to be aware of that. Think he will leave in January.

Should be a cracker today.

You're just running in to a bit of form, we've had a decent start.

All set up for a really good game.

Enjoy your trip to the North East lads😉🤣
