Actually Danish is the 3rd hardest anguage to learn as a foreigner .. Only Welsh and Icelandic are harder 😉

I reckon if you just try to sound like the Swedish chef from The Muppets, you've pretty much nailed it. 😜

(just kidding - please don't send a raiding party over to sack my village...)

Q's

1. Predict the result and the goal scorers?

Exeter 1 - 2 Middlesbrough

Mitchell       Coburn, Jones

2. Your chosen 11?

3. Is the number of injured players worrying you?

Just a tad...

4. Are you travelling to this game?

Way too far...

5. Can I take back the MDT record?

Not while our squad is in this state. Think a run of 2-3 is the best we can hope for until some of the injured lads are ready to return.

i'd rest jones, last couple of games hes looked worse each time. i thought he looked tired and out of idea's on saturday. tbh we were not much different to tuesday except jones was rubbish instead of okay and hackney never played. i was hoping we'd pick up again but we saw the same. I also hope i never have to see howosn and barlaser in the same team again ever. didnt work at all both really struggled.

Hackney and Silviera to come into the team. Howson and jones out.

vdb cant keep playing right back, hes doing my head in playing there after seeing smith come back and look good again. hes miles off where tommy was at.

dijksteel to start right back.

greenwood and engel were found wanting on staurday. they need taking out and resting to.

bangura and rogers to start.

Latte lathe upfront. carrick will probably play the aussie glower again.

he might take barlaser out and play howson tbh. wouldnt be surprised if he kept greenwood in the side for silviera either,

Exeter is a city in Devon, that's about all I know. I once went to a Funeral For a Friend gig in Exeter.

Ever since I read this earlier today, I've had This Year's Most Open Heartbreak in my head, like an earworm. I'm going to have to listen to it later, to try and stop the chorus endlessly repeating in my head.

Not sure I'll be able to follow the game tomorrow, since our estate tends to go all out for Hallowe'en, and we've got friends bringing their kids over to join in the mass pillaging of sweets from buckets outside everyone's front door. However, even Boro's second XI should be enough to beat a League One team who've taken one point from their last 15 and have only scored two league goals since September. I honestly don't think it matters which team Carrick picks, though I'd personally like to see a 50/50 outfield split between fringe players and core league starters, giving the former some confidence and the latter a chance to redeem themselves after Saturday.

And this might be the Mickey Mouse Cup, or the Milk Cup, or whatever it's called this season, but it's the only cup we've won, so it'll always have a special place in my heart. Like losing your virginity, it might not be pretty (or happen as quickly as you want), but you remember the first time more clearly than the second or third...

Assuming nobody is back from injury which I doubt they will be. We haven't really got much room to rotate too many.

I agree with Kev on giving Jones a rest and getting Dijksteel in at RB. VdB has done well playing out there and helped solidify us somewhat, but he looks very much like what he is, a CB playing RB. Dijksteel has to make the spot his own now with Tommy out for the season.

                   Glover

Dijksteel - Fry - Clarke - Bangura

         Barlaser - Hackney

Silvera   -    Crooks    -    Rogers

                     Lath

I think something like that, Barlaser had a rest against Norwich, Hackney should be fresh. I think Crooks plays purely due to lack of options with Greenwood cuptied. Don't think Gilbert plays from the start personally. Could we see Coulson get a start ? Possibly off the left and Rogers central ?

Complete guess that Fry will play and be captain with both Lenihan and Howson not in my 11. Truthfully the CB and CM positions could be any combination, I would like to see Clarke get a start though, he's been on bench last 2 and got through 4 or 5 u21 games without issue.
