I kinda take it with a pinch of salt then, it's probs bit like the hackney west ham stuff

like someone see's a report online west ham interested, maybe hear something second hand that an offers come in for HH but no more details, so they put 2 and 2 together who it is, someone asks them about HH and they tell someone who assumes there's something solid there rather than it being opinion and rumour mixed together

I'd imagine if leeds bid it would have been leaked at the same time as ipswitch, the way the deal went down seemed like the club made sure it was out in the open, just incase the crazy offer came in, i'd of thought leeds would have been tagged with any bids also while outing the ipswitch bid, quite often you normally don't even have to bid to be named as another club bidding and its not like his agent is shy, given he does interviews talking about it and also didnt care about posting a photo showing he was at west ham on insta

His agent is Shy Given?? Didn’t he play on loan for us a while back?

Emmanuel Latte Lath's agent Matthias Veneroso expects the Middlesbrough striker to be the subject of strong transfer interest come the transfer window.

he's italian if I remember rightly, thats why he is vocal as they apparantly get time in press and on tv to do interviews etc, where you probs heard his agent talking about interest when he has been quoted in our press

One from my notebook... If we want a like-for-like replacement for Lath then there's Abderdeen's Duk who has a very similar profile. He's 24, mobile, powerful and a good instinct finisher. He was incredible last season with 16 goals before his performances dropped off a cliff this season after they rejected offers for him from European top leagues last summer. He's likely to be on the move this January as he's out of contract in the summer so will be available on a good deal. And before it's mentioned, yes, I know the Scottish league is dross 😂
