He has something nobody else brings to the team - real passion, determination , energy to burn and pace. We look and feel like a different team when he is on the pitch. Balance that and his importance to us getting up this season compared to £20m almost certainly linked to some instalments and add ons and it doesn’t look like good business to me. I do accept if he and his agent stamp their feet and demand a move we are best taking the money but it would take something as unpalatable as that to get me to agree to his transfer. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
