Glover standing looking at the shot instead of busting a gut to get back in case it came off the bar is even more criminal than the original error. 

The same pattern of play is happening down the sides and it is irritating the life out of me 

We get in 1v1 situations with the right players (jones, silvera, bangura) and some nobhead (greenwood, rogers, howson) runs across the pitch into the space down the line and we recycle the ball back centrally into midfield and repeat on the other side ffs

In fairness to Glover we lost possession cheaply and they skinned us. If he hadn't come out they would like as not have scored. Lesser of two evils.

Silvera gets 1v1 and loads of space and dances past the defender...

Because he was already outside of his area as a result of not expecting Bangura to do something as daft as that.  As soon as he lost the ball it was one pass forwards and their lad was in.  Glover was stuffed cos he was neither here nor there.
