Not even angry. After watching that I’m just disappointed, battered them first half and just capitulated second half. Our defence is a shambles under pressure, I stand by what I say about jones he’s not a good footballer. Fastest player on the pitch and just jogs about. Morgan rogers was the best by a mile, really good. Greenwood was non existent. Glover really good saves and did nothing wrong. Listening to maddo ( the yes man) saying if we had our strongest side we would have struggled against them is the stupidest thing I’ve heard. Full strength they would of been gone by first half

  • Ridiculous comments about Carrick not being up to it - team running on empty and kids on the bench - what on earth do you expect! First half we were by far the better team but fair play to them t

Struggled with energy levels in the 2nd half. To be expected I guess, it's been pretty much the same 11-13 players for the last 10 weeks

Thats true but 2 of the goals were down to basic, avoidable errors. I'll give Coventry the third, as our defending as a team can be chaotic & disorganised at the best of times.

Maybe they would have scored later as we ran out of steam, but IMO the first 2 should not have happened as they did.

There are some ifs and buts, but Boro should have at least got a draw out of this.

Also the Coventry sell their best player and invest their money well. We invest into “future players” it’s miles apart

Would it be worth trying crooks on the left when he’s fit maybe? To replace rogers at #10 after his last few games would be terrible and that left side is probably our weakest link. He could also nick a few goals coming in at the back post maybe 🤷‍♂️

Coventry sold 2 of their best players and made a fortune. We lost 3 of our best players for nothing.

I'd actually give Gilbert a run. I thought he looked okay when he came on. Not brilliant but certainly not terrible. A few of our players have needed time to show their capabilities and given how our season is panning out, we may as well give more fringe players a chance.

Crooks for me is a situational player and probably best as a sub to give Rogers a rest.

£15m on those two strikers is absolutely not investing well btw, both are bang average at best

Defensively we are still rubbish. Carrick and his team have done nothing to address this massive weakness.Until we get better defenders or better coaching,or both we will still  be conceeding shed loads of goals. The injured defenders will not improve our defence. In reality we need an injection of real class and we all know the club is skint. We will have to sell to raise the funds. It's all on next season. If we blow it then Carrick will be on his way. Robbins a much better bet.

Last season The Riverside felt like a fortress where away teams would come just to play for 90 minutes and go home with nothing. This season it is more akin to a sandcastle where away teams stroll in, watch us miss 4 clear cut chances, get a goal and then back on the bus with 3 points. Why is this?

Is it the fault of the players? Management? The fans?

Manager and players. Not the fans.

Do you not think the atmosphere (or lack thereof) at the moment could be contributing?

Does anyone know when we are due to get injuries back? Feel like very little coming out of club in info on them or several them going to be back for villa/Chelsea games in hopes of selling them? I dont know if something wrong with our routine causing all of them injuries or if we are holding their returns back deliberately or if we are just really unlucky at this point something feels wrong about it. Mcgree for example just in time back for Asia cup and amount of injuries out is just weird never known a season this bad or can't think of one.
