Does anyone know when we are due to get injuries back? Feel like very little coming out of club in info on them or several them going to be back for villa/Chelsea games in hopes of selling them? I dont know if something wrong with our routine causing all of them injuries or if we are holding their returns back deliberately or if we are just really unlucky at this point something feels wrong about it. Mcgree for example just in time back for Asia cup and amount of injuries out is just weird never known a season this bad or can't think of one.

Think that’s half the frustration. We don’t get any info off the club. I haven’t heard nothing about forss or Hackney for weeks. Apart from their closer than the others

  • Ridiculous comments about Carrick not being up to it - team running on empty and kids on the bench - what on earth do you expect! First half we were by far the better team but fair play to them t

Just saw crooksy park up, go inside, then a few mins later the stewards came over and started calling his reg in for parking over the lines. 😆

Serious question. Are Boro's injuries worse than most teams in this league? If not then our performance at times is worrying. If they are worse then why is this? Is it just bad luck or is something else at play? Are our players made of glass?

If they tip up for villa game or Chelsea out of bloom that immediately make me suspicious that clubs protecting assets.

I think we've seen enough of Greenwood to ship him back to Leeds. He's a liability not an asset. Team will be much better without him on the pitch.

Carrick said post match Hackney, Crooks and Lath are back in training this week. So hopefully them 3 are back for Chelsea onwards. Don't care about the Villa game tbh, no point risking any further players.

What a bummer of a second half. We completely ran out of steam after a dominant first half. We then get suckered punched and don't have a clue how to come back from it.

I guess all we can hope is that we keep treading water near the playoffs until we get more players signed or back from injury/tournaments.

I can't think of another team without a senior bench in championship due to injuries aside from coulson. Huddersfield was pretty bad in terms of injuries sure one of their fans posted they had 2 players who hadnt had games on their bench on Friday.

Not so much sucker-punched as shot ourselves in the foot...twice (Engel and Glover).

Just wondering how much that "running out of steam" was down to having the wind knocked out of us by conceding such soft goals? Also if we'd taken more of our first half chances and built a more commanding lead, Coventry might have had the stuffing knocked out of them.

We are definitely running on empty just now. Hopefully if Hackney, Crooks and Latte Lath are back in training they are kept for Chelsea. Even though I am flying over for the Villa game I hope to see as many of our main players as possible rested for the following Tuesday. A major final would be incredible for the club

Not sure if it makes it better or worse that Hull are about to lose.

We'd have been 1 point off 6th if we'd put away all those many first half chances.

Hull losing means we enter Jan transfer window 4pts off the play offs which is not bad at all.

At the start of December, I said if after Coventry game we were 5pts or less from play offs that would be welcome. So 4pts I will take.

Hopefully by tine Millwall game is here in 11 days time we will have some key players back and possibly a signing. #UTFB

I dont mean this to be having a go at Carrick but games like today are the reason I have no worries of him not been here next season & happy that he will remain our manager

He seems to struggle to out think managers in tight games, which is expected due to limited experience, if & when, he learns from that then maybe he'll be looked at by other clubs, until then I'll happily see him learning his apprenticeship here

Two semi finals in 12 months is not a bad record if we're truthful

Fair play to Mark Robins, a very honest assessment of the game.

Knew they were lucky to still be in the game at half time and fully acknowledged how blighted our squad is with absences right now.

Pleased for Neymarv doing well for Wednesday after being left out of the squad by the previous manager

And Wednesday beating Hull again shows how nuts this league is. I’m gutted about today but we are still within striking distance because all the teams around us are in the same sort of form.
