Downsouth 6,874 36.4k
We all know that the 3rd round of the FA Cup is a time for shock results could we witness one at The Riverside tomorrow? Naaahh did not think so at this stage would be more of a shock to field a functioning team of 18 players!

Couple of questions Would it be in the best interest to save some of our players for the Chelsea Game? Definitely would be. Will we have a stronger subs bench against Villa as we did against Coventry ? Yes. Hopefully our subs bench against Coventry will all be starting this game. Does anyone see any other result than a Villa win Nope Is the tie decided after 90 mins with a penalty shoot out? Doubtful. Straight forward win in 90minutes for Villa unfortunately. Thanks for your indulgence I guess I will see you all again in a few weeks time lol! Just because we won't be watching the game, doesn't mean we can't find the time to throw some posts on the forum. 😁

thomas 501 2.6k
Would it be in the best interest to save some of our players for the Chelsea Game? Yes all of them (starting 11 against Chelsea), they all came down with mysterious injury like the rest of them if the fa ask but they'll be all back fit for Chelsea. Will we have a stronger subs bench against Villa as we did against Coventry ? I heavily suspect if them players who were long term injured are almost back to fitness they will get 30 mins against villa just to get to speed ahead of Chelsea tie. Does anyone see any other result than a Villa win Nope
TLF10 4,969 6.6k
I would go with Glover Coulson** Fry Clarke Bangura Barlaser Hackney* Rogers Crooks* Greenwood LL* * I would take these three off after 60 mins and replace them with McCabe, Gilbert and Coburn. ** Gazette suggesting Coulson is naturally right footed. If he is, I wold start him and give VDB a breather before Tuesday.

He's the most left footed naturally right footed player I've ever seen in that case 🙂

But if Boro are 3-0 down after half an hour, I'll switch over and watch re-runs of Bangers & Cash or The Big Bang Theory or something.
