Erimus74 5,353 5.5k
Still bouncing, cloud 9, every emotion under the sun To beat a team of billionaires with a depleted team before kickoff, that was depleted more after 20 minutes, then go a goal up & from that point, not only defended magnificently, but with a bit more composure could have added to the one goal, I know I'm been greedy, so proud of us last night UTMB x 2

wilsoncgp 10,215 20k
Incredible night at the Riverside. Decent atmosphere in the build-up, but it went to our best level naturally after the goal. Did agree with Carrick and others that it felt like when the nervous energy started to come to the fore and especially as the lads started dropping off, the crowd responded big time last night to try and give them those last little boosts to get to the end. Rode our luck a couple of times but I think we earned that in abundance at the weekend. It's half-time in the tie but honestly, whatever happens at Stamford Bridge, we just beat ~£460m of Chelsea's investment in a one-off game with ~£10m of our own. Massive night at the Riverside, massive result, superb. 9

Totally agree, mind apart from Stirling & Cole, only because my work mate mentioned him, I didn't know a single Chelsea player from last night & I would think, could be wrong, one of the subs that came on last night will have cost more than our entire squad
estonpidge 1,860 6.5k
I believe Colwill & Broja (who came on late are the only academy players the reserve keeper apparently cost £14m

They only have a home game against Fulham at the weekend to think of. It's disappointing but the perhaps they'll be a little bit rusty, you never know. TLF10 5,418 7.1k
32k attendance must be a recent record for us @AnglianRed? The FA Cup games v Spurs and Chelsea were both sell outs but were both in the 31k bracket.
TLF10 5,418 7.1k
Actually the play off v Coventry got 32k plus as well. More than last nights game
