Just had to say well done on last night, seriously congratulations and all that.     Must have been some atmosphere up there, fans would have been real excited.    I know it's only a job half-done but

We need the home performances of West Brom, Leicester, Villa all rolled into one for tonights massive game

And Erling Harland

I must say he would certainly be a big plus

Been thinking about how I'd set up for this one. Think I'd be tempted to go with something a bit different, though not sure Carrick would be this drastic. With the players available, I think a 532 would work best.

Jones fry vdb Clarke bangura

  Howson  barlaser  Hackney

               Ell coburn

I think he'll go for as similar a team as he can from the Villa game and recreate the same shape. I could be wrong but I imagine most of Chelsea's threat is through the middle and if we can pack the congest that enough, maybe with Fry and Clarke both in the backline also, we give ourselves a chance of coming through it. Just depends how he looks to recreate that with us missing both of Coburn's supporting players from Saturday.

Feeling a bizarre sense of optimism about this one. I say bizarre because I don’t think we’ll necessarily win, just think we’ll put up a good fight, won’t get totally smashed and might even, might possibly, could conceivably get something from it…

Gotta dream because that's what it's all about but don't think there's any way I could predict anything but a Chelsea win, even in their current very inconsistent state. Really hope I'm wrong and that we are at the very least still in the tie after tonight. Regardless of the fortunate draws, getting to a cup final would be an incredible achievement and a wonderful chance to celebrate our club at Wembley again.
