Personally I'd like to see one of the young lads who actually play cf given a go. We know a Greenwood or Crooks doesn't work, who knows, we might end up with a Hackney situation. Carrick doesn't seem particularly keen to use the youngsters though despite his press conferences saying otherwise. Apart from 5 minute stints at the end of games has Carrick really blooded any of our young lads?

I think if Finch was fit he'd be closer to playing. I'm not sure Kavanagh is quite there yet.

Rogers or Greenwood up front then? Rogers started there at the start of rhe season so Carrick must think he has the attributes for it. Fair enough he was struggling but with more confidence now it might work. 

Hopefully get a few mins in for forss and o brien but can we please not be begging for Carrick to bring them on at half time if we're not doing well when we don't know how fit they are?

Looks like the standard 4231 with Greenwood as the "striker". Looks a very vibrant/technical front 4. Hopefully they can actually stick it in the net 🤣

I know most of them probably aren't fit yet, but the bench is starting to look good again, which is nice to see.

I’d say it’s our normal formation, greenwood up front, azaz left with jones and rogers.
