Yeah, my first thought from the first replay was no chance offside but then the second time they showed it, I noted the position of their defenders and nobody is even stood on the line. This picture looks very tight with the lad at the bottom leaning in. Might not be on with his arm but it's any part that can touch the ball right? Which is the shirt part of the arm too? So maybe.
