I think Silveira has even trying too hard to impress so every time he starts on the left he just tries to cut inside and shoot. Hope I'm right in remembering it was his assist from the right to set ELL up for his first goal (header at home?). I'd be starting Fors up top with Mcgree, Azaz and Silveira behind him. Don't think Greenwood deserves to be dropped in terms of effort and people will say 'he scored last week but it was given offside'. Didn't score then did he. Fors is widely agreed to be our best finisher, let's try and get him the most chances.

Don't agree with saying that the season is over until its mathematically impossible to achieve our goals, it just becomes more difficult the further we fall behind the curve.

This is a lie.  There was no needs must on Saturday.  Sorry but this is the nonsense I was on about the other day.

  • Kieffer Moore £40k a week with bonuses. Might as well bring Garry monk back if we was making decisions like that

You defend as a team though. There’s a reason we get cut wide open on the counter. Need to work on turning attack into defence when we loose the ball, and not loosing the ball sloppily when attacking in numbers. It’s not just the back 4.

it would help is our slow fullbacks didnt over commit going forwards, ayling does it all the time, but hes way to slow to track back with a winger. so never catches up.

Yea this was evident on Saturday

Dijksteel Clarke RVB Engel

Mcgree  Azaz         Sammy

Is how I'd set us up and think we would have a good chance

I definitely think there’s a player in Silvera. He’s technically very sound and has very quick feet. Scored some decent goals as well. Could be one we see become more consistent next season

I'm hoping Silvera is a player where it'll just click and he'll go on a run of good performances.

He's probably scored some of our best goals this season but then he'll miss an open net or send a shot in to the stratosphere.

spot on that mate, i'd play dijksteel over ayling 100% of the time. clarke or anyone else over fry tbh haha. though i might be tempted to play obrien left back because engle sucks.

It seemed like he did quite well when he came on in a game recently, can’t remember if it was Bristol or Sunderland, but he definately made a difference.

I think with him he doesn’t know what type of player he wants to be, he’s got the physical attributes to make it, he just seems to revert to cutting inside and shooting all the time. From what I remember I think he has a decent cross on him, maybe he just needs to slow it down and get his head up more often.

Seems like right now, he can make an impact when he comes on off the bench but struggles when he starts a game.
