Leicester V Boro 1-2 (Azaz, Silvera)

Recommended Posts

After being accused of letting in soft goals Tom.Glover snaps and goes full rage mode.

He rises unchallenged and punches a Leicester corner into his own net followed by quickly converting an Engle backpass from close range.

He completes his hattrick in the second half where a Vardy penalty hits the bar and Glover heads home the rebound.

3-0 Leicester.

Carrick then brings Dieng on .....at right back.

Ill be watching from the executive suites with my mate - An LCFC mate with membership.

Reckon he's going to be much happier than me. 😅

Gives you a chance to treat them to a speech from Henry V ( or perhaps Richard III since they won't give him back) suitably reworded, odds against us but if the chance arise, we expect you to do your duty before you're lobbed out 🙂

We are going to lose about four hundred nil.

Wolves and gorillas for me please.  Unless that hunter has some bullets with the rifle he or she would be bloody useless, and my wolf/gorilla army will rip his/her stupid head off, and then use their torn off limbs to beat up some of the other animals.

Would we be the only team to of done the double over Leicester if we pull of a result here? Be very typical boro though we probaly do the double over Southampton too 😂

Could you imagine that, looking forward to this game after missing the entire Preston game, which by all accounts we played well & didnt deserve to lose, hopefully Latte Lath is back & firing

I fear a Chelsea-style drubbing tomorrow

I think it's a defining moment for Carrick. If he does his to you, to me routine at the back and we get trounced it will be difficult to come back from knowing that it is being highlighted not only by fans but in the media as an obvious weak point. Only a fool would continue with something that is failing him badly (for a variety of reasons) so I believe there will be changes that he has to make and like as not starting with Dieng in goal and 5 at the back, injuries to Hackney, Fry and Howson may also leverage his thinking.

A decent performance and losing 2-0 is fine but a drubbing will totally deflate what confidence is left in the side. I do think (probably more hope) that we will get something from the game however, we have hit bottom, only one way to go now.

I don't think it'll matter much what happens tomorrow. Losing to Leicester away from home should not in any way define anything, not just for us but for most other clubs at this level to be honest. It's a free hit. I can't even think how it can be the straw that breaks the camel's back. I think if you're that far gone right now then you're not going much further with a loss at Leicester.

Hope for the best tomorrow but I imagine I'll still be more concerned about what happened at home to Bristol than what happens tomorrow or any other game around it. We've got a week after it before a home game against Plymouth and that game will be much more significant.
