QPR v BORO 0-2 (Latte Lath, Forss)

Recommended Posts

Last 10 games, QPR have been significantly better than us: won 5, drawn 3, lost 2.  Five home games unbeaten: won 2, drawn 3. On paper this is a home win or draw. Luckily it's not played on paper. I guess it's a case of, even if we lose, do we show signs of regaining confidence, playing with some degree of competence and connection between players or are we still flailing like we were against Norwich until they got a man sent off.

Have to say that Norwich's defending against our first two goals was clown car stuff. Especially the second one.

I would stick with the 5 at the back for the foreseeable. Especially if we can get Jones back as rwb. It's our goals against column that's really killing us compared to WBA and Hull in 5th and 6th place.

Anyway, my eternally optimistic brain says another 3-1 to Boro.

I'd say my favourite thing to feature for both QPR and Boro is pigbag... Do do do do do do, do do do do.

Unlikely after playing last night.

As an unused sub, Carrick has done that this season, a nice reward for his goals last night, bonus for him to be among the first team subs on a match day

Wont happen as you say mind

It's in Midfield where this match will be won or lost...As with the Norwich match, we lost that until they went a man down, With that in mind I'd go with 5 across the middle But isn't that what your wing backs do?...I'm hoping to see Issy for this one...An one more thing enough with the slagging players off If they have a bad day It doesn't help

Not convinced we’ll win as I think QPR will want it more. I can see them scoring early and us wilting.

Best case scenario is that the win v Norwich gives us confidence in playing and LL and Forss are confident having scored each.

The biggest test for me is seeing what team Carrick will put out. I hope he doesn’t change too much from the other night

Opposition seem to think that an early energetic high press can catch out our playing from the back. We concede and lose confidence and energy.
i hope to see an early solid defence with quick ball over the top to catch them on the break.
There is a time to play from the back but not early on, I suggest
