Whilst we all pass on our wishes to the Boro I think we can all agree that we send out our best wishes to Tony Mowbray.

I remember them beating us on Boxing Day (2004?) when Viduka went off injured. He was taken off on a stretcher and when they lifted it up, the whole crowd with perfect timing shouted "HEAVE".

Funny that the smallest away crowd is seeing this. Need to finish our chances. I would find a way of getting Jones on 2nd half. Maybe move McNair to CM and Ayling RCB and get Howson off to avoid a second yello

He seems to be playing on the left as the deeper 2 behind Forss, with Mcgree playing towards the right to me.

Yea that’s what I was thinking, not sure it suits him tbh.

To echo the rest, Birmingham are at the best average and we really should walk away with three points. RVB just seems to be getting stronger and better each game, Ayling running up and down the right like a spring chicken and really looks to be enjoying himself. Latte Lath has so much potential next season could be very big for him he must be a nightmare to play against with that pace and strength. If we score the next one the Blues will crumble

Isnt Howson old school

Shirt outside his shorts, black boots & taking corners with the ball bang in the middle of the area, no trying to pinch any inches

I know Ayling's taken a lot of abuse since he joined us, but he's been our best player in that half. Great assist, some lovely passes and movement, and he's properly winding up the Birmingham players. I think every squad needs a nasty *** in it, and Boro have been far too nice for far too long. Ayling gives us that bit of aggro the best teams can call on alongside the flair and dynamism.

Agree with that, RVB is going to be some player, hopefully we see bits of that before he leaves for bigger things

Agree he has been pretty good

Still needs a bit of work with the coaches, but a good prospect.

another case of knee jerk judgements from fans, you can't judge a player over 4 or 5 games. He's no long term solution but he's a good player for this level.

More a case of judging an individual player in a clearly under performing team.
