TheJew 3,645 6.1k
When we were decent last season, there were only minor tweaks to the starting 11. You could pretty much always get 9 or 10 of them correct. Carrick and the team seem to do better with consistency in selection. Fancy that. Still, we lose tonight anyway. Meh. But even with that, as you say, he did have a couple of stand out performances. I think most people who know football can see there's a player in him if used right. What if you don’t know football and you think there’s a player in him? Does that make him crap?
Micksyd 200 350
2-1 Boro hopefully. Wonder if it's time for another McGree wondergoal, like this one last night in the A League. He tried something similar to this for Australia at the Tokyo Olympics. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LExMKPfwWtw

We weren't good in the first half, and the first half hour of the Norwich game we offered nothing at all before the sending off. I think we need to see more than a good half before we can really talk about form improving, and obviously we can add to it tonight. Greenwood played against Stoke but he didn't start against Plymouth the week before, and we were as bad as we've been all season in that one. Whatever you think of Greenwood, I think it's a bit unfair to blame him for our poor form. We've been equally bad with and without him in the side.
