What's the formation if its 4231? Lath or Forss as a 10? 

Could even be a 433... that would be exciting and a surprise for everyone!

Can't see him changing formation. Think it's Jones at RWB and Forss up top again

With mcgree as the left cm and him and o brien pushing right up... that's my dream formation for this set of players. I hope you're onto something

I was trying to be open minded then remembered Rotherham, Plymouth, Bristol City and others. You adapt a system to the players you have not try and shoehorn players into a pre determined formation that quite clearly they are unhappy with. The five at the back isn’t pretty but it has at least given us a solidity which we were missing
