If people think Drury and Maddo are bad they should try listening to the Swansea commentary team. Sleep inducing to put it mildly.

I wasn't able to watch with sound for most of the game, but got to unmute for the final few minutes. You undersold just how bored they sound!

What did we sign Azaz for? He is absolutely shocking, but so are many others of ours. I'm fearful of next season, there's so much work for recruitment to do. Can see it being worse than this

We're the form team in the league I think if results stay as they are, we were third before today and Leeds and Ipswich (who were above us) both dropped points. Dont knock this team, next season with a few additions we will challenge

I’m not to shocked, he was always electric just had really rash finishing. He had enough clear chances in the first part of the season to be sat on 15+ goals now.

As soon as he got a run in the side it was gonna click

You could see how dangerous he was all season even when the end result ends up in the stands or straight at the keeper

It's the Darwin Nunez/Edinson Cavani phenomenon

  • Downsouth changed the title to Boro v Swansea City 2-0 (Latte Lath (2) )

Somebody really needs to tell the Swansea management that you get points for scoring more goals than the opposition and none for possession of the football. Job done and I thought Ayling had a good game today along with Clarke yet again

I liked that his goals today showed that extra bit of class, specially the first one where he had to really work to find space, then a clever reverse shot to the near post. A well thought out goal that he would never have scored last September, shows he’s developing and getting better.

Well that was a better second half...but the first 45 set a VERY low bar!

Football was a bit more fluid and Boro were the better team for most of it, culminating in ELL's second goal, to wrap up the win.

Swansea really didn't offer much beyond a couple of briefly threatening moments. Boro looked pretty comfortable most of the game.

ELL really looks to have hit his stride...just a shame he missed so much of the season. With more goals from him, Boro could have been looking at a top 6 finish.

In the end a fairly routine and deserved win.

We've been a strange team lately, there are times we have been much more exciting to watch and lost, currently look very average and are unbeaten in 7 with 5 clean sheets.

A run of games has done Latte Lath a world of good and he's starting to look like a proper striker.

Starting to gather some fresh optimism about next season, we seem to finally be learning from previous mistakes, despite still having some key players out still.

UTB!!
