I'm pretty sure it was Gilbert, he just seems to have the knack of spotting a potential run for ELL and delivering a perfectly weighted ball. The pair seem to be on the same wavelength.

Overall there seems to be a lot more synergy all around the pitch today from Boro, probably in no small part because the pressure is off. McCabe has settled well in that he isn't MOM but he hasn't looked out of place and tbh haven't noticed him, doing all that is required of him, nice and steady from the lad!

I am concerned that Latte Lath will undoubtedly attract attention now. I said before and I will say again we MUST look to offer him improved terms. He is so,  so vital to us now.
