Burnley have kept most of their team that were in the Prem. yes they got relegated. But they are a decent team. And I think I have read they have a solid defense. We will need to be at our best to get anything tonight in my opinion. Would be quite happy with a draw.

I'm expecting a tight but good game to watch... I hope that is the case and it isn't a dull 0-0. Our attack would suggest it won't be, but that's cancelled out by the fact their defence suggests it could be.

Based on my naive confidence regarding Leeds, I'd be OK with a draw here... These are the games that matter though aren't they. My mind casts back to a cagey affair at Carrow Road under Karanka.

Burnley are nailed on to score, can we score more past their mean defence though that's the question, they are 4 wins in 4 without conceding. We are definite underdogs which suits us, and at least there won't be a low block to stifle us. So while I'm expecting nothing from this game, I wouldnt be surprised if we do a typical Boro and cause an upset.

Wish we had a few of our 'big game' players back (morris, van de berg) for this one and I still feel we are a little short in the squad to maintain a promotion push this season, but I am expecting us to fully show up tonight and put it all on the line. If we do that I'll be happy and I'm hoping that I manage to get a stream as I'm able to actually watch this one!

Not surprised to see Conway start.. Think it the tighter areas, he offers more than ELL. In an open game, ELL is number one. Looks like a good team. Pleased to see Anfernee start.

Strong team even if VDB not back in th squad for this one. Unusual with Burnley in that the last time we faced them they had so many attacking threats, this time it’s their impressive defence that is of note. I think the first goal here is key. If they get it I think we will struggle. 
 

Sidenote. Interesting to see Forss out the squad again, I do wonder if like Jones his game time will be very limited bar injuries

Decent line up. I can’t see us getting three points here. First goal will be vital can’t let them score and dictate the pace of the match.

Just looking at their team tonight. On paper which players of theirs would you swap with players of ours that are starting? I wouldn’t change many at all. Koleosho, Brownhill/Cullen and Roberts over Burgzorg, Barlaser and Dijksteel
